Overview

The LandTek Group® is proud to announce our collaboration with the San Diego Wave, a prominent team in the National Women’s Soccer League, for the comprehensive reconstruction of their home soccer fields. This project encompassed the excavation of 4.5 acres of sod and the installation of a state-of-the-art HDPE irrigation system. Our team meticulously laid new soils and Bermuda sod, ensuring optimal growth through ongoing maintenance.

The newly developed soccer complex features advanced 30-foot high tension netting systems and a durable 6-foot perimeter black vinyl fence, enhancing both safety and aesthetics. This initiative underscores The LandTek Group’s commitment to delivering high-quality sports turf solutions that meet the needs of elite athletes.

Overview

The LandTek Group® was contracted to undertake a significant project at Gulliver Preparatory School in Pinecrest, FL, involving the construction of a new synthetic turf football field. The extensive scope of work included site demolition, the installation of a state-of-the-art drainage system, and the laying of synthetic turf.

In addition, our team was responsible for furnishing and setting up baseball equipment, which included baseball bases, Adjustright goal posts, wall pads behind home plate, backstops, and tension netting systems. We also constructed two new dugouts, installed netting from the dugout cheek wall to the roof, built a CMU retaining wall, and constructed rubber and concrete walkways to complete the project.

Overview

In 2015, The LandTek Group® undertook a significant renovation of Clover Park in Port St. Lucie, FL, the official training center for the New York Mets. This project included the renovation of the natural grass stadium infield, the installation of a new synthetic turf training field, the development of synthetic turf batting cages, and the implementation of ball stop netting systems. These enhancements have greatly improved the facility’s functionality and performance, providing an exceptional training environment for the team.

Overview
The new Miami Dolphins Training Facility located next to the Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, FL has a new high-tech sub air system installed by the LandTek Group®. We performed all earthwork, drainage and base work at the new training complex including the installation of a synthetic turf border and a new 60’ netting systems.

Overview

In 2018, LandTek replaced the all-purpose football field at Poly Prep High School. More recently, LandTek converted the natural grass baseball and softball fields to synthetic turf. The new baseball field, designed to resemble a minor league stadium, seats 350 people, while the softball field offers a stadium feel with seating for 150 people.

The baseball team, ranked number one in New York State, consistently produces high-level college players. This multipurpose complex, which also hosts soccer games, sits in the shadows of the Verrazano Bridge. Construction commenced in October of 2021 and was complete prior to the start of baseball season in April of 2022.

Overview

The LandTek Group® converted the existing natural grass multipurpose fields at Unionville High School into state-of-the art synthetic turf multipurpose fields. The fields are lined for soccer, lacrosse, and field hockey for year-round playability.

LandTek also reconstructed the school’s natural grass softball field. On all fields, LandTek performed substantial earthwork, including leveling and laser grading to ensure optimal playing conditions.

LandTek also installed a stormwater basin to manage runoff effectively, implemented new custom drainage systems, installed athletic fencing and ball-stop netting system, and completed all concrete work to further enhance the infrastructure. Further, LandTek installed new dugouts, asphalt walking pathways and parking lot.

Overview
Swarthmore Colleges stadium was recently upgraded by The LandTek Group®. The existing turf field was removed as well as improvements and reconstruction were done to the existing stone base. A new state-of-the-art synthetic turf field was installed along with updated athletic netting systems. The track was milled, repaved and striped with a fresh new look.

Overview

Monsignor McClancy High School’s new 127,600 SQ.FT sports complex was a design-build by The LandTek Group®. The Turnkey construction of the Stephen J. Squeri Sports Complex in Queens, NY included the conversion of the baseball field and softball field to synthetic turf. LandTek installed new drainage and stormwater management along with new perimeter fencing, backstops and dugouts. Inlaid lines for soccer along with a synthetic running track were included in the complex. The project was finished with concrete walking paths and a new scoreboard.

Overview

The LandTek Group® constructed a brand-new turnkey soccer complex in Central Islip, NY. The 93,000 sq.ft. synthetic turf field is surrounded by perimeter fencing and ball stop netting. New concrete paths were constructed along with new bleachers. The construction of the complex included the construction of a stormwater detention system, drainage, a stone base and laser grading.

Overview

East Meadow Union Free School District recently received two new synthetic turf fields. East Meadow HS and WT Clark HS both had their stadium football fields converted from natural grass to state of the art artificial turf. Together LandTek installed over 180,000 sq.ft of synthetic turf. Both fields underwent extensive excavation and removal of the existing natural grass. LandTek then installed new custom drainage systems. New perimeter chain-link athletic fencing was added to protect the new facilities along with new concrete walkways. In addition to a new field East Meadow High School also received a resurface to their 6 lane running track.
