Overview

The LandTek Group® constructed a brand-new turnkey soccer complex in Central Islip, NY. The 93,000 sq.ft. synthetic turf field is surrounded by perimeter fencing and ball stop netting. New concrete paths were constructed along with new bleachers. The construction of the complex included the construction of a stormwater detention system, drainage, a stone base and laser grading.

Overview

The LandTek Group completed the conversion of Garden Spot High School Stadium in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, from natural grass to synthetic turf. LandTek excavated the existing field and surrounding track, constructed new drainage and stone base and installed 79,000 sq. ft. of turf. The synthetic turf field includes inlaid lines for football, soccer, lacrosse and field hockey. A new 8 lane running track was installed along with long jump, high jump and pole vault areas. The new stadium also received a new scoreboard and athletic fencing.

Overview

East Rockaways High Schools new turnkey athletic complex was constructed by The LandTek Group®. The 190,000 sq.ft. project consisted of the complete conversation and excavation of their exiting grass athletic fields. The scope included instillation of all new drainage, and site infrastructure upgrades to the waters edge. The new athletic complex includes 163,000 sq.ft. of synthetic turf. New baseball, softball and multipurpose fields are surrounded by a custom 6 lane running track. With the inlaid lines for football, soccer and lacrosse, each field is decked out East Rockaways school colors. A new grandstand, press box, as well as sports lighting was also installed. Surrounding the complex is also athletic fencing, ball stop netting and a brick paver walkway.

Overview

North of 150,000 square feet of new sod was installed at the Springs School in NY. The new sports complex includes 2 natural grass soccer fields and a new natural grass baseball field. Site infrastructure included new parking lots, curbing and earthwork. New custom irrigation was installed for the natural grass fields. A play area including jungle gym, swings, basketball court were also constructed near the building. Perimeter chain-link & Split Rail fencing protect the play area and the natural grass fields.

The Manor Field Parks new 2,520 square feet Spray Park, features push-button technology for efficient water use. The spray park’s sports theme includes basketball, tennis, soccer, football and baseball spray apparatus, including an oversized baseball-themed bucket, which collects water until it tips over, drenching the entire pad around it. The Park also includes a new playground with multiple play accessories.

Overview

East Meadow Union Free School District recently received two new synthetic turf fields. East Meadow HS and WT Clark HS both had their stadium football fields converted from natural grass to state of the art artificial turf. Together LandTek installed over 180,000 sq.ft of synthetic turf. Both fields underwent extensive excavation and removal of the existing natural grass. LandTek then installed new custom drainage systems. New perimeter chain-link athletic fencing was added to protect the new facilities along with new concrete walkways. In addition to a new field East Meadow High School also received a resurface to their 6 lane running track.

The LandTek Group® recently completed the construction of The Elizabeth R. Hennessey Field at the Fairleigh Dickinson University in Teaneck, NJ. The multi-purpose turf field is designed for both men’s and women’s soccer, men’s and women’s Lacrosse, and field hockey. The synthetic turf field is surrounded by a custom blue 8 lane running track, new digital scoreboard, chain-link athletic fencing, and a ball stop netting system. LandTek also constructed a new asphalt parking a lot with concrete walking paths adjacent to the new athletic field.

The new construction included a warning track, perimeter fencing, scoreboard, and new grandstands. The LandTek Group® also constructed brand-new brick dugouts, synthetic turf batting cages, bullpens, press box, and a ball stop netting. Newly constructed concrete walkways connect the park along with decorative lamp posts.

Overview

Over the past year, The LandTek Group® was hard at work renovating Robert Moses Middle School’s athletic facility. The area was tilled, laser graded, and fitted with new natural grass sod. The area consists of a renovated softball field, baseball field, two soccer fields, and a football field. New chain-link athletic fencing, backstops, and dugouts were constructed. The existing 6 lane running track was re-surfaced and painted a bright blue. New asphalt walking paths surround the facility interconnecting all the fields.
