We are seeking an Estimating/Bid Coordinator to support public bidding, bid preparation, RFP tracking, and coordination with estimators, subcontractors, and project teams. The role requires knowledge of construction processes, plans, specifications, and contract administration. Candidates should have public bid and construction estimating experience, with proficiency in Bluebeam, HeavyBid, and Procore. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
Jr. Estimator

We are seeking a Jr. Estimator to support project planning, site assessments, cost estimates, and bid preparation. The role requires knowledge of construction methods, materials, codes, estimating, and the ability to read plans and specifications. Candidates must have at least one year of construction estimating experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe. Timberline, InSite, or AutoCAD experience is a plus.

We are seeking a Heavy Equipment/Diesel Mechanic to maintain, diagnose, and repair diesel and heavy equipment in the shop and field. The role includes troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems, replacing defective parts, performing equipment testing, and operating a service truck for field repairs. Candidates should have 5+ years of experience, 2+ years of diesel and heavy equipment repair experience, and a CDL Class A license with a clean driving record.
