Overview
The LandTek Group® converted the Perkiomen Valley High School’s sports complex from natural grass to state-of-the-art synthetic turf. The new varsity baseball field included field hockey lines in its outfield along with new athletic fencing and bullpens. Along with the new synthetic turf stadium field the surrounding track was stripped, milled and repaved. New field event areas were added for the long jump and pole vault.

Overview

North of 150,000 square feet of new sod was installed at the Springs School in NY. The new sports complex includes 2 natural grass soccer fields and a new natural grass baseball field. Site infrastructure included new parking lots, curbing and earthwork. New custom irrigation was installed for the natural grass fields. A play area including jungle gym, swings, basketball court were also constructed near the building. Perimeter chain-link & Split Rail fencing protect the play area and the natural grass fields.

Overview

Pope John XXIII Regional High School in Sussex, NJ recently upgraded their multipurpose field. LandTek replaced 95,000 sq.ft of synthetic turf. The new multipurpose synthetic field includes inlaid lines for Football, Soccer, Boys & Girls Lacrosse and Field Hockey. The large field also includes a 90’ baseball field. New colored endzones and center logo were also added.

Overview

Fairleigh Dickinson University’s Vincent J. & Lenda F. Naimoli Ballpark was recently converted from natural grass to synthetic turf by The LandTek Group®. The new construction included a warning track, perimeter fencing, scoreboard, and new grandstands. The LandTek Group® also constructed brand-new brick dugouts, synthetic turf batting cages, bullpens, press box, and a ball stop netting. Newly constructed concrete walkways connect the park along with decorative lamp posts.

Overview

Over the past year, The LandTek Group® was hard at work renovating Robert Moses Middle School’s athletic facility. The area was tilled, laser graded, and fitted with new natural grass sod. The area consists of a renovated softball field, baseball field, two soccer fields, and a football field. New chain-link athletic fencing, backstops, and dugouts were constructed. The existing 6 lane running track was re-surfaced and painted a bright blue. New asphalt walking paths surround the facility interconnecting all the fields.

Overview

47,000 Sq. ft of synthetic turf infield was laid at Comsewogue High School this year when The LandTek Group® converted the school’s natural grass baseball and softball fields to synthetic turf. Overall improvements include new perimeter fencing and chain link backstops installed on each field. The work also covered laser grading the fields and a new drainage system.

Overview

The LandTek Group® is proud to contribute to the most recent renovations to Ellsworth W. Allen Park in Farmingdale, NY. The 22.5 acre expansion was completed in 2020 and has been recognized by the American Society of Civil Engineers with the 2020 Quality of Life Award. The LandTek Group® installed new a irrigation system and a water main to connect the existing park to the newly constructed park. Using synthetic turf LandTek built softball & baseball infields and constructed a synthetic turf t-ball field. The build scope also included a multipurpose field with three inlaid different sized soccer field lines. All the fields were connected by concrete walkways and LandTek installed a new 30’ chain-link fencing that incorporated ball stop netting systems into the design. New sod and natural running tracks were added along with brick pavers around a newly built comfort station. Additional amities included new bleacher systems, backstops, batting cages, scoreboards, and bocce ball courts.

Overview

SUNY Maritime’s new 101,000 sq. ft. synthetic turf baseball field overlooks the Manhattan skyline from the Bronx campus. The LandTek Group® converted the natural baseball field to synthetic turf. The new turf covers both the outfield and infield. LandTek also constructed a new perimeter ball-stop netting system, a new backstop, and chain-link perimeter fencing. The project was complete with a new flagpole, foul poles, and installation of a Musco lighting system.

Overview

Home of the Copiague Youth League, Tanner park recently received an upgrade to their Little League baseball fields. All four infields were converted from natural clay and grass to Field Turf’s state-of-the-art artificial turf. LandTek self-performed all site work, excavation, drainage, and installation of 36,000 sq. ft. of synthetic turf. Additional scope of work included new perimeter fencing, concrete walkways that connect all four fields, landscape sodding, and new foul poles.

Overview
This project consisted of LandTek providing the New York Institute of Technology with one of the highest quality athletic facilities in the New York Metropolitan area. This synthetic turf baseball facility has been a shining example of the turn-key services LandTek regularly provides clients. This facility consists of a 120,000 square foot synthetic turf baseball field, 40’ high netting backstop with 4’ high perimeter chain link fence and padding, two masonry dugouts with custom masonry and benches, Duraedge clay pitchers mound, natural stone warning track, and double batting cage and bullpen.
