Stephanie Repman joined The LandTek Group Inc. in June 2002. During her first few years of employment, she successfully implemented procedures in the Accounting Department; procedures which have supported LandTek’s growth from annual revenue of $21 million to over $100 million today and growing. She was hired as the Accounting Manager and had risen to the position of Controller within five years. Stephanie successfully manages the Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Payroll Departments. She is responsible for all phases of the Company’s annual review, as well as the year end audits with the outside accounting firm. Stephanie handles all aspects of the Company’s finances. She is also the liaison between the Company and the bonding and insurance agents. Over the course of her employment, the amount of experience and knowledge she has obtained on the Company enables her to deliver to the owners and other key management personnel valuable information regarding LandTek. She is very dedicated and is considered a key employee on the Management Team.
In addition to her accounting and financial responsibilities, Stephanie also handles the day to day operations of the Office. She has a staff of 19, which includes the accounting and administrative personnel to ensure that there is a smooth and consistent work flow on a daily basis.
Stephanie has been working in the field of accounting for over 35 years in both the private and public sector. She holds an Associate’s Degree in Accounting.
