The LandTek Group is located at 235 County Line Road, Amityville, New York and has been in business for over 30 years. We have established an outstanding reputation in our field specializing in Athletic Field Construction which includes site work, laser-guided grading, laser-guided sub-base drainage capabilities, QwikDrain drainage system, and synthetic turf. We are the local installer for FieldTurf in both in NY and NJ, the #1 synthetic product system in the world.
The LandTek Group has invested countless dollars and time researching and implementing the latest technology available to construct athletic fields. The LandTek Group has one of only three Koro Top Drain units in the United States, which allows us to simultaneously cut three sand silts in an existing or new natural grass field, remove the spoils, and fill trench with sand. This unit is an integral part of the Cambridge based natural field drainage. The LandTek Group also uses laser automated technology to fine grade the playing surface on both natural grass and synthetic fields. Our labor force, as well as management, has extensive knowledge in adapting dual slope technology from various manufacturers to achieve professional quality planarity across these fields.
We have been a leader in the construction of athletic fields for professional stadiums, colleges, parks, and school districts in NY and NJ for over 15 years. Our reputation has helped us to be involved in numerous projects throughout the tri-state area. We have been privileged to be a part of several natural field constructions such as Citi Field Stadium home of the New York Mets, New York Red Bulls, Brooklyn Cyclones-farm team for Mets and Staten Island Yankees to name a few.
We have also been privileged to be part of the synthetic construction for the New Meadowlands Stadium home to the New York Giants and New York Jets, St. John’s University, Hofstra University, Stony Brook University, Adelphi University, Columbia University, Fordham University and the College of Staten Island just to highlight a few. LandTek also completed the $10 million dollar complex for Dowling College located in Brookhaven New York and is currently building a multi-million dollar state of the art athletic complex for St. Josephs College located in Patchogue NY.
